I'm exploring day to day life with my inner child, and loving every minute of it.

The smile is real, it has been a permasmile this past couple of months, I think I'm smiling in my sleep.
Why?? because there are so many wonderful thngs in my day to day world, in this moment here and now that fill my heart with happiness.
The way the dogs are rolling on the floor, the upside down cat who looks at me from the top of the dresser, my fabulously wonderful cup of tea :)
The scent off the Peonies mixed with the roses blowing through my open window.
It drives we wild, waves of scents wash over me, and in my mind I can roll in a bed of flowers just from catching a scent on a breeze.
The way the plants grow through the cracks in the driveway...who am I to pull them up and say...NO..to thier right to life??
The little girl and boy across the street who built the dinosaur garden that fills me with such joy to look at, and daily on my walk I look at new additions...and I thank the parents for giving their children a way to express themselves in the front garden for the world to see...that makes me smile big time :)
The sun shines fabulously right now...but if it were raining...I'd be listening to the rain, feeling the energy that is in each droplet, seeing what water does, all the positive energy within it, thanking it for watering my garden. Standing in it to feel utterly alive .
The way my clients sense that I am more open and share so much more with me, they go out of ther way to connect with me on different levels, to tell me how important I am in their worlds.

The end result is it is up to me how I feel...
I choose every moment how I will react
and what I will project into the universe.
once you realize ALL thoughts are waves that leave us
and travel out, like ripples on water
and you see how much negativity there is in the world
it leaves you with a choice.....
Do I want to add more bad thoughts to the world?
Do I want to be happy?
Then the answer is easy...
it takes commitment, and it gives you so much power.

I choose to be happy.... and I am
I choose to feel love...and I do
I love love and love loves me

I see pain...I just don't make it mine
I help where I can
I see anger and frustration
I just don't pick it up and let it inside of me

Happiness is a choice
so choose it for yourself

I took this plant about 8 years ago from my sister

It had a few little purple shamrock leaves on it... not a single flower ever

4 years ago I put it outside and it exploded and filled out to the beauty it is now

and in this manifestation of life we have control over what we see, and what we create

and when our journey on this plane is over I believe we return to the wonder of the universe and add to it the love and wonders that we given to us we created

every day the universe changes....it is never the same....each new thought..each new wonder...changes us all.. sometimes slowly... sometimes fast

more us us are waking to our power....to the strength we each have..and more importantly the strength we have when we pull together as a species and not just a race!!

technology is bringing the faceless crowds together... is so many subtle ways... we are connecting the world through social media...and it is just getting bigger and bigger and making the world smaller and smaller

All she ate
and thought
were fed to me
until the day
she set me free.
Entangled we were.
It took years to see
the fears,
the anger,
the longings
were hers.
Fed to me,
when I floated
in her sea.
For years
with feet on dry land
I sat and contemplated
that sea,
and all it had meant to me.
After years of melancholy chasing me
I realized it was up to me,
to stop looking at the sadness
and to follow the joy
and roll in the wonders that brought me here
and reflect that back out
so that wherever she may be
she may feel that wave of joy.
I now experience extra just for her !

I was born 7 th of 8 and my mom had 6 children all in a row, 2 even in the same year... so after 3 years of having no children she thought she was done....and then I came along....and changed things.

Growing Old Together

for the past 20 years
I have watched them grow
they are much older than me
and most everyone I know

they started as two seperate saplings
stretching towards the sun
pushing up into the sky
at some point the grew into eachother

if you look very hard you will see
two distinct trees
but neither would have survived all this time
without the other

entangled, supported, melded now one
they are starting to fade
but they still push forth into the sky
with every ounce of energy they have

Love let us be like the trees
grow and support
and meld into one
entangle our eneries as one forever

pulls me through

illuminating the night

I look to the sky, I dream of space, I feel the pull, and love the light to shine upon my face.
To walk and watch my moonshadow stretch out before me, causeing me to sing.. the song we all know
"I'm being followed by a moon shadow"
How something that looks so small high in the sky, can look so big at the edge of the sky, fills my mind with wonder. Pushing and pulling...the effect of the moon on all life.... blows me away
